During the time I worked with Fringe Transformation Group, they taught me a lot about personal development and how to find my inner courage as the person I wanted to be. These insights were, at times, emotional and difficult, but more than anything, they were encouraging, uplifting, and eye-opening. They challenged me with the tough questions, while providing strong guidance and unwavering support. They have a love for coaching, and seeing people succeed and it shows in every interaction. As coaches and leaders, they are trustworthy and have strong integrity, and help people to realize their full potential.

I have worked with Nina for nine months and I must say Nina has mentored and coached me to pursue my dreams and goals at work. Nina was instrumental for me in taking chances and not putting a cap on what I can accomplish in my professional and personal life! Nina would give me assignments to take me out of my comfort zone and help develop my leadership skills. One assignment that comes to mind was opening myself to others and actually inviting my peer to lunch or dinner so that they can get to know me more instead of just knowing “Shaun” the person at work. At first, I was nervous and hesitant, but when I did the assignment and invited my peers to lunch or dinner, I saw a difference in myself I was able to build more solid and meaningful relationship! I was able to reach out more to my peers when I had challenges/opportunities facing my team. It made it easier communicating with my peers, and I did not feel I was in this alone and did not have any resources to turn to.One of Nina’s favorite saying that she would tell me “There is no sky to your limit” When I am going through challenges at work or even in my personal life, I think about that saying and it helps me to get through my day and to look at the bigger picture!
Nina has truly left her footprint in my heart and I still use the tools she has provided to me in order to be successful in my role! I will never forget you Nina! You have truly inspired me to make a difference in this world!

Working in the Revenue Cycle field as a leader for as long as I have, I did not have any concerns regarding my leadership skills or style before I started working with Fringe Transformation Group. Although they consulted with me for only 6 months, the experience was personally and professionally fulfilling. Through this journey, they provided the necessary tools to realize my leadership style and voice during this new point in my career. My experience with them has created a heightened sense of self-awareness. This heightened sense of self-awareness has driven me to not only become a better leader to my team, but a better wife, mother, daughter, etc. for my family. On the days I feel as if I am failing, I remind myself that my development is a journey. It’s important that I remember and recognize my small wins.

I’ve known Nina now for close to 8 years. During this time, she has been my boss/coach/mentor and a dear friend. I started reporting to Nina at a low juncture in my leadership journey. I was having ups and downs with my team, I wanted them to be more trustworthy with me and more confident in me leading them. Nina was aware of what I was going through at the time and was prepared to help me overcome the obstacles impacting me leading the team. Nina had a great reputation as a senior leader, so I was looking forward to learning from her and adding new skills to my tool kit. When we met the focus was about me – who am I and what do I want. I told her I wanted to be a leader and why and she helped me to be a good leader.
Nina has a passion for seeing one become his/her best self. She encouraged you to follow your dreams and put everything into it until you can go no further. I had always wanted to be a good leader, so knowing where Nina’s passion was naturally excited me because she would help me become my best self.
Each session with Nina we got deeper and deeper into me. She would always say – “when you change, people change.” Some sessions would be joyous and exciting, and some were filled with tears. Things that I locked away and hid from others, Nina was able to unlock and get me to talk about. One thing affecting me was that I was afraid to fail. The more difficult the task the more fearful I was. Nina coached me through addressing me fears while accomplishing my goals. She also provided additional resources to help guide me as well – Needless to say, I received a lot of books to read. After a while, I have found myself getting better. I started feeling better at work and my team started responding better to me – their confidence grew in me. Even Nina would say that she’s seen improvements with me and would commend me for them, but she didn’t stop there. With each passing session she would continue to help me to fine-tune areas we had identified that I needed my attention. I thoroughly looked forward to our sessions each time we met. I left my sessions inspired and empowered to be better not just as a leader of my team but in anything I needed to do.
Nina has passed on some skills to me that continues to be at the foundation of what I do. I find myself saying – “Nina taught me that,” or “That’s something Nina would say.” I appreciate all that she has done for me. I would highly recommend Nina to coach/mentor anyone who is serious about being their best self. Whether you know what it is that you want but need some help getting there or you don’t know what you want and would like to figure it out – Nina can help.
